Polyurethanes typically don’t bond well to concrete, however Uroxsys products have been formulated to enable chemical adhesion to concrete, and our products won’t yellow.
Concrete ‘Grind and seal’ offers an appealing alternative to polishing. The job can be completed in less time, with fewer stages, and at a greatly reduced cost. A fully sealed floor gives better stain resistance, and our unsurpassed low-sheen technology imparts a unique appearance on concrete.

Our premier non-yellowing (aliphatic) moisture-cure single component polyurethanes are an excellent clear coat option for sealing concrete. A key point of difference with standard solvent based acrylic sealers is that our products cross-link, giving unmatched abrasion and chemical resistance.
This range is typically used from high end residential applications to restaurants, supermarkets and commercial facilities. Our low sheen technology is unmatched and imparts a unique appearance that other systems can’t achieve.
Can be used indoors or outside and imparts a rich ‘wet look’ to honed concrete.
WaterMarque 2K, Gloss, Satin and Matt
A waterbased grind and seal option. Easy to use with a 3:1 mix ratio and minimal mixing fuss, the WaterMarque 2K range delivers outstanding non-yellowing durability and appearance. With a significantly higher hardener concentration than typical 10:1 waterborne systems, its performance rivals that of premium non-yellowing single-component solvent-based coatings — combining environmental benefits with exceptional wear resistance and appearance. Waterborne clearcoats will tend to retain a lighter look in coated concrete vs. solvent borne options.
